pistol is doubled at half ammo or less, rifle deals slightly more damage at high ammo, rocket launcher heals per enemy hit, sniper can be aimed at for greater damage, but aim animation is slow

rifle restores ammo on kill, laser gun pierces enemies with mouse1 and throws grenades with mouse2 from the same ammo
